Abstract: This research focused on the Organizational Support and Work-life Balance on Teachers’ Burnout. This was conducted in 5 public secondary schools under Quezon I, II, III, IV District, Quezon, Bukidnon Division of Bukidnon. A total of 301 teachers were chosen as the respondents who answered the survey questionnaire. The descriptive-correlational design was employed to investigate the organizational support and work-life balance on teachers’ burnout. It also used Pearson product moment correlation to determine the significance of the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Further, regression analysis was used to identify the variable which best predicts the burnout among teachers. In terms of organizational support, three indicators—curriculum management, partnership and linkage, and professional development—has no significant relationship to teachers’ burnout but enhancing curriculum management are essential in reducing burnout ,meanwhile in work-life balance the indicator- satisfaction with family and self-life, self-appreciation, satisfaction and flexible environment exhibit moderate positive correlation with burnout indicating that these factors are substantial in buffering against teacher stress. Furthermore, fostering a supportive environment and promoting a healthy work-life balance, educational institutions can enhance teachers job satisfaction and overall well-being that can reduce teachers’ burnout. Addressing these factors is essential for creating sustainable teaching environments that could benefit both teachers and students.
