Abstract: This study explored the voices and experiences of couples in the educational sector assigned to different stations. It aimed to understand their struggles, challenges in overcoming these issues, the support systems they accessed, and their recommendations for others in similar situations. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research focused on selected couples from Lurugan Elementary School and San Carlos Integrated School in the Division of Valencia City. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires and analysed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and insights. Findings suggest that institutions should consider flexible work arrangements, such as staggered schedules or remote work, to help couples better manage time and maintain family cohesion. Additionally, establishing support systems like counselling services and peer support groups can enhance couples’ coping strategies by providing emotional and moral support. The study recommends that policies addressing the relational needs of couples can foster a healthier work environment and ultimately improve the quality of education delivered.
