Abstract: Flipped classrooms can play a multi-dimensional role in guiding and reshaping the system of primary school physical education. Flipped classrooms can improve the quality and effectiveness of students' physical education learning, build a new pattern of physical education teaching in primary schools, stimulate students' endogenous motivation and subjective life force, and cultivate students' thinking ability. However, the current application of information technology in primary school physical education teaching lacks teachers' literacy and ability in information technology, the application tends to be stereotyped or fragmented, and the understanding of the flipped classroom is unclear. Problems such as unclear positioning and insufficient attention. Therefore, this article proposes the application path of flipped classrooms in primary school physical education from three aspects before class, during class, and after class, to promote the high-quality application of flipped classrooms in primary school physical education teaching.
