Abstract: This study examines the impact of digital transformation and sustainable educational practices on the leadership capabilities of school administrators. As technology rapidly advances and environmental sustainability gains prominence, schools are undergoing significant changes. The purpose of this study was to investigate how these changes are impacting the leadership abilities and proficiencies necessary for efficient school management. This study examined the relationship between leadership competency, sustainable educational practices, and the degree of digital transformation using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and Pearson R correlation. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights into the critical leadership competencies required in today’s educational landscape. This study can help create effective leadership training programs and supportive policies that encourage both educational innovation and environmental responsibility by recognizing the relationship between digital transformation, sustainable educational practices, and leadership capability.
