Abstract: The education system is the primary domain in developing each country's economy and growth in all aspects. The students play a vital role in the educational domain. The stagnation level must be reduced to null to attain an ideal education system in any geographical location. The process of predicting the students who may place in a stagnation suspicious state is in the hands of the influential class advisor or class teacher in an educational institution. The process of handling the predicted stagnation state students is a tedious one that requires the data mining-based sequence of procedural approach with prolonged treatment incorporated by frequent monitoring and validation for further improvements. This paper proposed a pedagogical approach of data mining to reduce stagnation using evaluation techniques using data mining strategies with frequent monitoring and evaluation for individual students focusing on their performance and attitude improvement to convert them into regular students for continuous study. In the future, this paper will be extended with machine learning analysis of implementation through artificial intelligence to attain an automated stagnation reducing system.
