Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the relationship between school climate and emotional resiliency on leadership capability of school administrators in the Department of Education, Division of Bukidnon for S.Y. 2024-2025. The study found that the school climate of school administrators showed no significant relationship to the leadership capability of school administrators. Thus, it does not show substantial findings for its sub-component variables such as safety and security, relationships and support, engagement and involvement, academic environment, and school spirit and culture. Significant findings on emotional resiliency of school administrators were observed in their sub-component, stress management, and problem-solving skills. The analysis affirms that both are significant predictors of leadership capability among school administrators. Their influence highlights the need for leadership development programs to prioritize emotional intelligence training, ensuring that future school administrators are not only technically proficient but emotionally and cognitively prepared to lead with resilience and strategic insight.
