Abstract: The 4.0 Industrial Revolution has been influencing and greatly impacting the education system, giving rise to the trend of "university 4.0" with very high requirements on content, training programs, and research. and the university governance model requires changes in training methods and methods with strong application of information technology, digital technology, and network systems. Forms of online training, virtual training, simulation, digitization of lectures... will be the trend of career training in the future. This requires the Thai Nguyen Center for National Defense Education and Security to have well-prepared teaching resources, especially teaching staff, building learning spaces, and teaching equipment. service for teaching and learning. It is necessary to apply new educational models such as virtual classrooms, virtual devices, laboratories, electronic libraries, multimedia classrooms; Sports fields, training grounds, and virtual battlefields... with the support of smart devices
