Abstract: Vietnam's education system is currently undergoing a comprehensive and fundamental innovation. Alongside changes in content and teaching methods, high schools are also emphasizing the transformation of student discipline assessment through positive discipline education. Positive discipline education is guided by the principle of maximizing benefits for students, avoiding physical and mental harm. It aims to create the best conditions for students to recognize and address their weaknesses, contribute to preventing school violence, and participate in the comprehensive character education of students to meet societal requirements. Survey results on the current situation indicate that, despite its positive aspects, positive discipline education still has certain limitations. To contribute to the construction of a "Happy School" and enhance the overall quality of education, effective positive discipline education for high school students needs to be implemented.
