| Abstract: |
This article analyzes the legal provisions on divorce under Vietnam’s 2014 Law on Marriage and Family, thereby providing a multidimensional assessment of the legal framework and the issues arising in its practical application. On that basis, the author identifies the limitations and shortcomings of the current divorce regulations. At the same time, the article proposes several solutions and recommendations for the development and improvement of divorce-related legal provisions, with a view to supplementing and refining the legal framework on marriage and family in a more coherent and comprehensive manner. |
