Abstract: Classroom management is one of the important tasks at educational institutions, including both universities and high schools. Therefore, classroom management is always prioritized and receives special attention from both the school and parents. However, classroom management at the university level still faces many challenges and limitations compared to the high school level. This article presents 10 measures to improve the effectiveness of classroom management in universities, with a particular emphasis on several key solutions such as: strengthening the relationship between the homeroom teacher and students, reducing the number of students each homeroom teacher has to manage, reducing the workload for homeroom teachers, encouraging students to be more proactive in their studies and extracurricular activities, etc.
