Abstract: Sustainable development has been one of Vietnam’s strategic goals for many decades. Achieving this goal requires an appropriate implementation roadmap and management system. This article explores the management system, management strategies and sustainable development roadmap in Vietnam to 2030. the article assesses the effectiveness of sustainable development policies by examining Vietnam’s key socio-economic indicators, highlighting key achievements, and pointing out limitations in sustainable development management in Vietnam, thereby proposing directions for future improvement.
