Abstract: The present paper deals with the solution and techniques for enhancing academic abilities among secondary-level students in a given school culture. It explains the detailed role of students, their parents, and concerned subject teachers in the development of an academic ethos of the students. This study has been conducted at a government higher secondary school in Rajgarh, District Ramban of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. Here 106 enrolled students of the secondary class for the session 2022-23 have been as the sample of the study. In this study, the impact of triangular relations and interactions on their academic ability is observed involving students, their parents, and concerned allotted subject teachers. The entire study is based on qualitative methods of data collection which included participant observation, in-depth long interviews, and focus group discussion. The result of the study revealed that all three pillars namely student, teacher, and parent are equally responsible for enhancing the academic ability of the child in a given school culture.
