| Abstract: |
Administrative Reform (AR) is a strong motivation to promote economic growth and other aspects of social life. The article focuses on analyzing the results achieved in the AR of Thai Nguyen province in 2016 - 2020 with three groups of contents: Reform of administrative procedures; Building and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants, public employees and modernizing state administration. Some recommendations were made to focus on: (i) State management agencies; (ii) Improving the investment environment, enhancing provincial competitiveness; (iii) Administrative modernization. |
