Abstract: Recognizing that accessible learning materials are crucial for enhancing comprehension, especially for learners with diverse learning needs. This research investigates how the accessibility of educational resources influences learners' conceptual understanding of Biology. the study employs a descriptive-correlational research design. A two-part survey questionnaire, adapted from existing studies and validated by experts, was administered to selected STEM learners. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. Findings indicate a high mean score for the accessibility of learning resources, reflecting a positive perception among learners,. A statistically significant correlation was identified between the accessibility of resources and learners' conceptual understanding, suggesting that better access to quality materials leads to greater engagement and improved academic performance. The research underscores the importance of high-quality, accessible learning resources in fostering a deeper understanding of Biology. The finding suggest to include prioritizing the enhancement of resource availability in educational institutions by investing in diverse and engaging materials that cater to various learning needs, ultimately creating an inclusive environment that supports all learners in achieving a solid grasp of scientific concepts.
