Abstract:	This paper was conducted to identify the factors affecting the customers’ satisfaction with the ATM services provided by BIDV – Viet Tri branch. 400 customers were selected to serve as the respondents of the study. Structured questionnaires were used to gather the primary data for analysis. The paper identified the significant relationship between ATM related factors and the customers’ overall satisfaction with these services. The findings revealed that a number of items which were dissatisfied by the customers. Based on the result of the research, some solutions were proposed to enhance the ATM services provided by BIDV – Viet Tri branch
