In recent years, our State has made many efforts in preventing and combating violence against children in general and violence against children in the family in particular. Important legal documents such as the 2013 Constitution, 2006 Gender Equality Law, 2007 Domestic Violence Prevention Law, 2014 Marriage and Family Law, 2016 Children's Law are important legal bases. important to protect the rights and interests of children, as well as clearly affirming the responsibilities of all agencies in ensuring and protecting children's rights as prescribed by law.
The system of legal documents on the prevention of violence against children is relatively complete, however, objectively evaluated, these legal documents have not really come to life, leading to As a result, the situation of child abuse tends to be complicated. In addition, there is a lack of regulations to increase proactiveness in preventing and minimizing the risks of harm to children. The article focuses on analyzing the current situation of domestic violence against children and the provisions of real law in this field.
