| Abstract: |
This study evaluates the current situation and factors influencing the development of extracurricular physical education and sports activities of students at Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT) on various aspects: infrastructure, faculty, physical fitness level, students' perception and demand for extracurricular physical education and sports activities, the role of related organizations, and the current situation of extracurricular physical education and sports activities at the university. The results show that the university has organized extracurricular physical education and sports activities for students, but not regularly, continuously, and has not ensured adequate infrastructure. Students may have poor physical fitness, especially endurance, and they still have to engage in extracurricular physical education and sports activities on a voluntary basis. This highlights the need to find appropriate and effective solutions to develop the extracurricular physical education and sports activities movement for students at the university. |
