| Abstract: |
Currently, businesses increasingly have a more thorough, accurate, and clear understanding of the importance of enterprise management (EM) for their development. Good EM serves as a platform to help enterprises operate efficiently, gain trust from investors and the public, and enhance access to capital. Consequently, it brings the highest benefits to investors and relevant parties of enterprises. From a macro perspective, effective enterprise management reduces capital costs, strengthens the efficient operation of financial markets, and provides more stable financial resources for the economy. Internal audit (IA) is an assurance and advisory activity established independently and objectively to increase the value and improve the operations of organizations. IA evaluates and enhances the effectiveness of risk management, control, and management processes within enterprises. Thus, IA and EM have a close relationship, where IA supports strengthening the power and efficiency of EM. In this article, the author deeply analyzes the role of IA in enhancing the strength and efficiency of EM. |
