| Abstract: |
Since implementing the reform policy until now, the Party's awareness and policies on the individual economy have increasingly been supplemented and perfected. From an economic sector that needs to be renovated until it is recognized, the individual economy in our country is constantly developing and has contributed significantly to the country's economy. However, in practice the individual economic development process still has many problems and limitations. Using historical and logical methods, the article clarifies the change in the Party's perception of the individual economy in Vietnam from 1986 to the present. At the same time, the article draws comments, clearly points out some of the issues raised and proposes solutions and orientations for individual economic development in the new period. |
