| Abstract: |
Diplomacy in the Ho Chi Minh era is considered a major turning point in the history of Vietnam's diplomacy. Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic ideology became a sustainable value, an important theoretical basis for planning the foreign policy of the Vietnamese revolution, and was meaningful in directing Vietnam's diplomatic activities to victory in the struggle for independence and unification of the country. During the renovation period, the application of Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic ideology contributed to building a good image of the country and people of Vietnam. |
