Abstract: This research evaluates the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) financial aid, along with the adequacy and condition of school facilities for laboratory classes, influences learners' academic performance, particularly in TLE cookery 9 for 62 learners in Don Carlos National High School, Sinanguyan Bukidnon. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, the study collects data from 4Ps beneficiaries through surveys and academic records. Results reveal that 4Ps beneficiaries tend to have higher attendance rates and better participation in TLE laboratory classes, contributing to improved academic performance. However, limited resources and inadequate school facilities still challenge maximizing students' learning potential. The findings highlight the positive role of financial aid in supporting learners' educational needs and underscore the need for improved school infrastructure to enhance academic outcomes in TLE laboratory classes. Limited school facilities and insufficient resources in laboratory classes hinder the full realization of the program’s benefits. As a result, students struggle to maximize their learning potential, even with financial support.
