Along with the development of enterprises, production and business activities are increasingly expanding, enterprises will perform many complex activities with a higher level of risk. In order to achieve operational goals, managers need to monitor, control and evaluate work performance in order to minimize risks in the operation process. Internal control is an effective management tool that helps managers achieve operational goals and minimize risks. The building of an effective internal control system contributes to improving the reputation, image and competitiveness of enterprises in the market, especially in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0. The article proposes some solutions to enhance the operational efficiency of internal control for Vietnamese enterprises. |
