Abstract: This study investigated the relationship between administrative support, emotional resilience, and teacher attrition rates in public schools in Bukidnon, Philippines. The research aimed to understand how factors such as communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities of school administration influenced teachers' emotional resilience and their decisions to remain in the profession. Utilizing a correlation research design, data were collected from 145 public school teachers through surveys, revealing that strong administrative support significantly correlated with lower attrition rates. The findings indicated that while teachers felt generally supported in terms of communication and organization, there were significant concerns regarding their mental health and overall job satisfaction. By identifying these relationships, the study highlighted the importance of enhancing administrative practices and emotional support systems to improve teacher retention and educational outcomes.
