Abstract: Using methods such as literature research and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the theoretical logic and existing difficulties of the sports public service system and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The research shows that the goal orientation to meet people's needs for a better life is determined by the public attributes of sports public services. However, due to the "medium obstruction" problem in the sports public service department, the lag in top-level design and standardized construction, the large differences in sports development between different regions, and the joint construction and sharing mechanism have not yet been formed, Vietnam's sports public service system has problems such as weak vitality, low quality, and uneven regional development. We should reform and innovate the management system of sports public services, strengthen the overall planning and standardization construction, promote the equalization of sports public services, build a co-constructed and shared social sports service network, and continuously improve the development quality and level of the sports public service system.
