| Abstract: |
To implement the various measures of the new curriculum reform, physical education teachers should break the barriers of traditional teaching concepts, and actively discuss and innovate teaching strategies. Physical education, as an important part of quality education, can exercise middle school students' physiques, promote their physical and mental health, and help them establish lifelong sports awareness. This article takes the construction of an open physical education classroom as the research object, analyzes the significance of implementing open physical education in middle schools based on three dimensions, and puts forward teaching strategies from four perspectives of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching process and teaching evaluation in combination with its teaching practice.
