Abstract: This study examined how effectively teachers integrate available science resources into their teaching practices, assessed the effectiveness of science educators in both private and public schools, and explored the connection between resource availability and teaching effectiveness. A correlational research design was employed, with data collected from teachers in private and public schools in the Division of Bukidnon. Findings showed that the availability of science resources was rated at a low level, indicating limited integration into teaching practices. However, teachers’ effectiveness received a high rating, reflecting strong teaching performance. Analysis revealed a moderate positive relationship between the availability of science resources and teaching effectiveness, highlighting the influence of resource accessibility on educational outcomes. The study suggests improving the availability and accessibility of science resources to enhance teaching effectiveness. It recommends designing training programs to help educators better utilize these resources in their lessons. Regular evaluations of resource availability and teacher performance are also advised to promote continuous progress in science education. The results underscore the critical role of accessible resources in improving teaching quality and emphasize the need for targeted interventions to support science teachers in their efforts to deliver effective instruction.
