Abstract: |
The current educational field is undergoing a significant transformation driven by advancements in technology, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), collaborative practices, and information literacy. This study investigates the extent to which these constructs influence teachers' work productivity within the Matalam Districts. It addresses the critical need to understand how these elements integrate into teaching practices to enhance teacher productivity and improve student outcomes.
Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through surveys and questionnaires to assess technology integration, AI and ML usage, collaborative ability, and information literacy. The research explores how effective technology integration can enhance instructional practices and student engagement, but is often hindered by challenges such as inadequate training, limited resources, and varying levels of digital literacy. While AI and ML have the potential to support personalized learning experiences, their adoption remains limited due to a lack of familiarity among educators. Collaborative practices among teachers foster professional growth and improve instructional strategies, while strong information literacy skills enable educators to develop engaging curricula aligned with student needs.
Findings from this research provide valuable insights for policymakers, school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders by identifying strategies to enhance teacher productivity through targeted professional development, resource allocation, and the promotion of collaborative environments. As education continues to evolve amidst rapid technological advancements, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how these constructs interact to influence educational practices, ultimately fostering positive student outcomes in an increasingly digital world.
