| Abstract: |
Evaluating the physical fitness status of first-year students is extremely necessary and important. Through standard research methods, the physical fitness levels of first-year students have been classified; the results of the final course exam were evaluated; and a comparison was made between the physical fitness classifications at the beginning and end of the course. This serves as a basis for supplementing and adjusting the detailed course syllabus to align with the practical requirements of society. |
