| Abstract: |
Voluntary social insurance is a crucial component of Vietnam's social security policy. Its establishment has allowed all workers to participate in social insurance, showcasing the strength of our country's social security system. While the number of people participating in voluntary social insurance in Thai Nguyen province has been increasing in recent years, there are still limitations and shortcomings in its development. This article aims to analyze and evaluate the current status of voluntary social insurance participants in Thai Nguyen province from 2021 to 2023, and propose solutions for further development in the period of 2021 to 2025. |
