Abstract: This action research explores the effectiveness of differentiated supervision in enhancing teacher development and student outcomes across nine schools in the Pangantucan West District. Differentiated supervision integrates clinical supervision, cooperative professional development, self-directed development, and administrative monitoring to provide tailored support to educators. Through qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, this study captures the perceptions and experiences of teachers and school administrators. Findings reveal that clinical supervision nurtures trust and collaboration through targeted feedback, while cooperative professional development promotes peer learning and innovative teaching methods. Self-directed development empowers teachers with autonomy, enhancing professional growth and motivation. Administrative monitoring ensures compliance with educational policies but lacks the personalized engagement of other methods. The study concludes that a balanced and multifaceted supervision model, which combines these approaches, is essential for optimizing instructional practices and improving student outcomes. Recommendations include strengthening personalization in administrative monitoring, providing ongoing guidance for self-directed development, and ensuring that clinical supervision and cooperative professional development remain integral components of teacher support strategies. By addressing these areas, the study highlights the importance of a comprehensive and strategic approach to instructional supervision, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence in the Pangantucan West District.
