| Abstract: |
This study applies the O-Score model (Ohlson, 1980) to analyze the factors affecting financial risks of 21 medical enterprises listed on the Vietnamese stock market in the period 2015 - 2019. Research focuses on analyzing descriptive statistics, analysis, correlation and regression between the dependent variable O-Score with the independent variables, control variables representing the 8 factors affecting the financial risk of all listed medical enterprises. Research results show that short-term solvency ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), self-financing ratio (NAR) and firm size (SIZE) have an inverse relationship. positive with O-Score coefficient and positive with financial risk; The higher the CR, ROA, NAR and SIZE, the lower the O-Score, the lower the financial risk and vice versa |
