| Abstract: |
Human resources are one of the factors that determine the economic development of a locality or any field or business. In this article, the authors build a model to forecast the human resource needs of industrial enterprises in Thai Nguyen province that is the North of Vietnam, to meet the province's economic targets according to the province's development strategy to 2025 and vision to 2030. The model is built based on the regression method with time series data. |
