Abstract: |
This research study investigates the impact of leadership styles and organizational change on teachers' attitudes towards innovative teaching practices in integrated schools. In an era where educational demands are rapidly evolving, the successful implementation of innovative approaches is essential for enhancing student learning outcomes. The extent to which teachers adopt these practices is significantly influenced by the organizational context and leadership dynamics within their institutions. Utilizing a survey questionnaire, this study explores the relationship between leadership styles, organizational change, and teachers' readiness to embrace innovation. By examining various educational settings and disciplines, the research identifies key factors that facilitate or hinder teachers' willingness to adopt innovative methods during periods of transformation. The findings aim to provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities educators face in fostering innovative practices. Ultimately, this study seeks to offer evidence-based recommendations for educational institutions on effectively navigating organizational change and creating supportive environments that encourage positive attitudes towards innovation among teachers. By doing so, schools can enhance their capacity to adapt to changing educational needs and improve the overall quality of education provided to students. |
