Abstract: This study examines the relationship between Educational Leadership Practices, Pedagogical Approach Implementation, and Teachers' Instructional Proficiency in public schools in Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines, during the 2024–2025 school year. Using a correlational research design, data were gathered from 140 public school teachers through validated survey instruments to assess leadership practices, teaching strategies, curriculum delivery, classroom management, and instructional effectiveness. The study found significant positive correlations between leadership practices like Communication and Collaboration and instructional proficiency, as well as between innovative teaching methods and teacher effectiveness. The findings underscore the critical role of visionary leadership, effective communication, professional development, and innovative pedagogical strategies in fostering teachers’ instructional proficiency and enhancing educational outcomes. The study provides actionable insights for educational leaders and policymakers to support teacher development and create positive learning environments.
