Abstract:	In recent years, Vietnam's market economy has made strong growth steps and gradually integrated into the world. Vietnamese commercial banks have quickly renewed their operations, adapted to the competitive environment, and gradually integrated deeply and widely into the international economy. The business objective of commercial banks is to ensure capital safety and profit. Bank profits come from credit investment activities and providing non-credit services to customers. According to the current trend of banks, the proportion of credit activities will gradually decrease, making room for an increase in non-credit services. In fact, Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam - Hanoi Branch has been implementing many solutions to develop, diversify and improve the quality of banking services, in which the focus is on non-credit services such as: domestic and foreign payment services, card services, money transfers, remittances, securities trading, foreign currencies, ... to meet the increasing demands of customers.
