| Abstract: |
The socio-economic development of each country always requires high-quality human resources. In which, the contingent of civil servants, public employees and laborers is the core. Our state is a socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people and for the people, so it needs a team of qualified and talented workers. Especially, during the period when the country faced socio-economic difficulties, epidemics, natural disasters, etc., their qualities and talents were placed on top.
The following article refers to the current situation of the contingent of civil servants, public employees and laborers at the Thai Nguyen Department of Health. From there, several solutions are proposed to improve quality to meet the requirements of the new situation: Building a clean and capable contingent of civil servants, public employees and laborers.
