| Abstract: |
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee competence, organizational commitment, budget transparency on budget performance at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all units and fields of work totaling 9 work units, namely budget planning, treasury, data analysis, asset administration, goods management, general affairs, accounting, finance and programs at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of South Sulawesi Province with a sample of 36 (thirty six) people. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by t test and F test using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The results showed that employee competence had a positive effect on budget performance at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Budget transparency had a positive effect and had no effect on budget performance. at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sulawesi Province and simultaneously employee competence and budget transparency affect the budget performance of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sulawesi Province. |
