| Abstract: |
This study examines the influence of social responsibility on employee satisfaction in enterprises in Thai Nguyen province. In the survey of 260 employees at enterprises in Thai Nguyen province, the research results show that social responsibility impacts employee satisfaction. Research results show that social responsibility has a positive effect on employee satisfaction. From the research results, a number of management solutions are proposed to help businesses in Thai Nguyen province have appropriate solutions to improve employee satisfaction through improving the social responsibility of employees' enterprises. |
