| Abstract: |
This paper was carried out to identify the factors affecting the customers satisfaction at the the three-star hotels in Thai Nguyen province, Vietnam. 240 customers were conveniently randomly selected from six (6) three-star hotels to serve as the respondents of the study. The study made use of structured survey questionnaires to gather the primary data for the analysis. The paper found that there were five factors affecting customer satisfaction with different levels. Based on the output of the study, the researcher proposed recommendations to improve the satisfaction of the customers of the three-star hotels in Thai Nguyen province in the time to come. |
