| Abstract: |
This study examined how the working environment and organizational culture affect hotel employees’ performance. It focused on physical surroundings, workplace culture, stress, and rewards and how these influence employees' motivation and productivity. The study also examined the employees’ demographic profiles, such as age, gender, education, and work experience, and how these factors relate to their views on the working environment. Data were collected through surveys given to hotel employees in Valencia City. The results showed that a clean and organized workplace, a positive culture, reduced stress, and proper rewards help employees perform better. It also found differences in how employees with different backgrounds see their workplace. The study concluded that A positive work environment, recognition, and reduced stress are key factors in improving employee motivation, productivity, and overall performance, particularly for young, college-educated employees. The study therefore recommends that hotels create supportive work environments, identify eco-friendly design elements that boost performance, and implement effective training programs to improve employee performance. |
