| Abstract: |
The article studies the impacts of working capital management on the profitability of Vietnamese listed plastic enterprises. With study disclosures of 23 listed plastic enterprises in the period of 2012 - 2020, the estimated results unveiled that no statistical evidence proves that Inventory Period (IP) has the positive impacts on Return On Assets (ROA); Receivables Period (RP) has adverse effects on profitability. The statistical evidence revealed that the Payable Period (PP) positively impacts profitability with a statistical significance of 1%. The Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) positively impacts profitability with a statistical significance of 1%. It means that improving working capital management performance shall actively affect the business performance and profitability of Vietnamese listed plastic enterprises. |
