Abstract: |
The power supply business office is a service department directly facing customers. As a window unit, its service quality and level directly affect customer satisfaction, which in turn affects the overall power supply service level of the power supply enterprise. In this regard, attention must be paid to the customer satisfaction of the power supply business office service. Combining with the needs of customer service in power supply business offices, this paper proposes methods to enhance customer satisfaction based on experience, embodies the essence of the whole process management method in the entire management concept, and gives effective practical strategies for reference by peers. |
