| Abstract: |
Writing plays an important role in learning foreign languages, especially English. Writing skill is one of the skills that most English majored freshmen face many difficulties. Research with the topic “Difficulties in writing English of English Majored Freshmen at Tay Do University” will clarify this issue. This study is conducted to find out the difficulties when writing for English majored freshmen. In this study, the participants are 80 freshmen who are majored in English 17 at Tay Do University. The survey is assessed through a questionnaire and an interview. The results will show that English majored freshmen face three basic difficulties such as vocabulary difficulties, grammar difficulties and expression difficulties when writing. |
