| Abstract: |
With the rapid integration of technology into classrooms, understanding teachers' perspectives, challenges, and successes becomes necessary for effective implementation and improvement of educational practices. This study uses qualitative inquiry to gather the different perspectives of teachers at Tongantongan National High School. Using semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, the study illustrates the various aspects of teachers' experiences using information and communication technologies (ICT) tools, highlighting the challenges faced by teachers in implementing ICT tools in their classroom setting. This study provides important insights into how teachers address the challenges of integrating ICT in education while also shedding light on these experiences, which supports efforts in professional development and policy-making targeted at promoting a technology-friendly and inclusive learning environment in schools. To sum up everything that has been stated so far, this research contributes to the current issue of technology in education by elevating the perspectives and experiences of teachers, opening the door for more knowledgeable and flexible approaches to educational growth and change.
