Abstract: This paper focuses on studying the relationship between personal characteristics, customer satisfaction, behavioral intention, and usage behavior in Vietnamese commercial banks. Data was collected through a survey of customers aged 18 and above who are using self-service banking services at Vietnamese commercial banks, with 493 valid responses obtained. The research results show that personal characteristics including perceived risk, self-confidence, and social influence have a positive impact on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive impact on behavioral intention and usage behavior, and behavioral intention has a positive impact on usage behavior. The study provides some managerial implications for Vietnamese commercial banks to enhance customer acceptance behavior in the implementation of self-service banking in Vietnamese commercial banks.
