In the context of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, developing high-quality human resources has become a crucial factor for the sustainable economic development of every nation, including Vietnam. With its rapidly growing economy, Vietnam needs to draw lessons from international experiences to enhance the quality of its workforce and meet the demands of the modern labor market. This article analyzes international experiences in developing high-quality human resources and draws lessons for Vietnam. |
