Abstract: The study uses statistical and descriptive methods to study the current state of public property management in Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province. Based on analyzing aspects and contents of public asset management by Vietnamese law, the study points out the successes and limitations of this activity in a specific area. Proposing solutions to improve this operational efficiency is the basis for the improvement of financial management at the local level in the coming time.
