Intellectuals have always been a vital force in shaping Vietnam's socio-economic development, contributing to progress through their expertise, creativity, and moral leadership. In the current era of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, their role has become even more significant in addressing challenges such as sustainable development, technological innovation, and social equity. This paper explores the historical contributions of intellectuals, their current roles in key sectors, and the challenges they face. Additionally, it proposes strategies to enhance their impact, emphasizing the importance of resource allocation, international collaboration, and ethical leadership. By fostering an environment that supports intellectual growth and innovation, Vietnam can fully leverage its intellectual capital to achieve sustainable and inclusive development. |
