| Abstract: |
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of goal orientation on audit judgment performance. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate in the province of South Sulawesi. Data collection using a questionnaire. The research sample is 151 auditors. The method of determining the sample using probability sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that learning goal orientation and performance-approach goal orientation have influence on audit judgment performance, and performance-avoidance goal orientation has no influence on audit judgment performance. |
