| Abstract: |
Based on data from 200 individuals who have the right to choose and decide to use Logistic services belong to the business, operation sector or as a director of an enterprise that is a partner to use the service provided by Logistic enterprises are 18 years of age or older in the area of Ho Chi Minh City, the results found that 06 factors have positive, directional impacts on customer satisfaction when using Logistic services that enterprises provide this service in Ho Chi Minh City area in descending direction are: Quality of teller; Price competitiveness; State policy; Order quality; Information Quality and Timeliness. The implication of this study is to contribute to improving the quality of logistics services provided by enterprises, from which these enterprises also receive more and more satisfaction from customers or partners when using the service. |
